DESCRIPTION:
Inorganic solid lubricant particles of molybdenum disulphide have been encapsulated in biodegradable oil and a
proprietary multi-purpose emulsifier. These surface engineered sub-microscopic particles made using a patented
nanomanufacturing technique can be easily dispersed in a variety of commercial oils and greases to prepare stable
application-specific advanced lubricants.
NanoGlide® based lubricants can be used in various applications where special performance is required.
For example: cases in which conventional oils/greases fail, situations of high friction or wear, cases in which floating
wear debris damages critical mechanical components, and above all, environmentally conscious applications where
superior lubrication is needed.
When compared with other additives, NanoGlides®'s unique combination of small size solid lubricant particles along
with environmentally friendly organic additives makes it very stable as an additive and an excellent choice as an
environmentally benign advanced lubricant.

RECOMMENDED METHOD OF USE:
Preparation of oil/grease lubricants with NanoGlide® additives:
NanoGlide® can be blended easily with most commercial oils like paraffin oil, mineral oil, hydrocarbon oil, vegetable oil,
etc., as well as greases. NanoMech application engineers can assist in evaluating the compatibility of NanoGlide® with
application specific diluents, oils and additive combinations. During blending, it is advisable to warm the oil to about
50°-55°C (122°-131°F), since blending the additives is more effective when oil viscosities are reduced. Add two parts
of provided emulsifier and then add one part of NanoGlide® in the oil/grease. (Emulsifier also can be premixed with
NanoGlide® if requested.) Maintain continuous agitation by mechanical stirring throughout the blending operation.
